So now the weathers nice and the roofs down a hell of a lot more then expected.. I hated the fact that driving at the higher speeds of 30-40 mph the car was too quiet..

This little beauty had made me feel like a kid at xmas again!!

Still keep the lower rev sound.. And the cruising speed is quiet...

However when i put my foot down it sounds like an animal!!

Will tidy it up with some fibre glass over the top so it looks meant and yes the engine bay need a wash lol

with no cold air feed the engine will almost certianly be down on power!

Is that a 2.0 engine? Loads of space in there.

I used to love my old CAI in my celica. Probably down on power but sounds faster

Still sucks like a trooper and because its got the air flow meter inside.. If its not getting enough air it sucks more in.. Which means more power lol

Without doubt a mod leading to reduced engine power, but possibly great placebo effect with more induction noise.
