I know, I know it has an ///M badge. Not added by me I may add and it is only a small one...

Still looks great tho  had the same wheel's on my 320iSe , were they not 15inch ? If so they still look fantastic

Mine wasn't a 325i, was a 318iS with the 136bhp 4 pot 16 valve M42 engine, brilliant thing. Full of character and a joy to drive.

Everyone likes a picture:

Mine was a 318iS too!

Quite rare to have the full Mtech II kit.

What colour is that Dale? Looks fantastic!

Ah memories!

The E30 was what marked in my life the first time I could choose a car, colour, and spec that I wanted. Before that it had been 'enforced choices' if you know what I mean.

my dad had sold a early e30 320 in light green with beige velour. Drove unbelievably after an MG Metro! It led to my first 'choice' car of a later facelift dolphin grey de chromed 320. First car with electric windows and electric sunroof. I've had bmws ever since :D

it cost everthing I had. My dad gave me £10 to put petrol in to drive it home.

I did have a K plate 318is lux much later , weekend car in convertible form on Alpina alloys :driving:
clutch release bearing went on last day of my trip to Normandy leaving me stranded for extra 6 days  was great :D

I went to view an E reg 325i e30 a few weeks back. it was owned by a mechanic at a local garage and although he had replaced a few parts it was nowhere near the "fully restored" example he advertised it as and the priced didn't reflect the past poor repairs, mismatched paint and rust starting to bubble through on the rear arches.

Also missed out on a local ebay auction last week. Bid £600 for an e30 320i with 70k on the clock and it went for £750 :( my heart wasn't in it as it was an auto.
