Have decided to relocate the coolant header tank to match the Z4m or Z3 location on my M54b30 supercharged engine.
Parts required:
Original BMW 41008041427 - holder compensation tank
BMW Genuine Engine Cooling Radiator Water Hose Pipe Line 1537505831
BMW X5 4.4 4.6 is Z3 2.2 2.8 3.0 COOLANT EXPANSION COOLANT TANK MEYLE 17107514964

BMW Z4 M3.2 Coupe E86 Expansion Tank Connecting Line 17227836830
Project 2
Fit Mishimoto 70°C Low Temp Thermostat - fits BMW E46 / Z3 (M52 / M54 / M56 Engines)
Project 3
Fit new alternator, this requires the supercharger to be removed including the mounting bracket and possible the front end of the car!!!

Install "German Auto Solutions" M54 CCV Replacement Kit
