Newbie with strange electrical problems

Hi All

Have not long got an Alpina Roadster S and there is an unusual random electrical problem, It seems to be when its cold or the engine has not long been running, some light will randomly appear in the dashboard (i noticed one was for the elctrical power steering) and the sat nav popped itself down and back up again, has anyone ever encountered this before?

I have had the random sat nav screen pop-up/close (i dont mean when i change a track on my iphone/Cd player)

A new battery resolved this issue

Welcome to forum and to a zed you will find lot's of things esp elec, you will live with or take no notice.

Hi thanks for the welcome, will get some pics posted, the electrics seem to be when the car does short journeys, a few lights on the dash randomly appear then go as soon as there on, but the car is brilliant otherwise

First thing I would check is the condition of your battery, sounds like it might be the culprit
