Hello Z4 Forum,
Well I have been registered for a while and never actually posted (I guess I am just shy). However I thought it high time I introduce myself or rather my car, as you guys seem a great bunch. It's a 2.0 ltr sport facelift model. I have had it about 9 months and enjoyed it every single minute since I bought it. The spec I think is pretty good, BMW Individual Paint in Midnight Blue, Champagne Leather M-Sports seats, Piano Black Gloss Dashboard trim, Comfort Pack and a Bluetooth kit. Some of you might say, but it has on got two thirds of an engine, but on the twisty roads of Suffolk I think it a huge amount of fun to drive.

The only mod I've made is a stubby at the moment, however I'd like to fit an Ipod link and upgrade the speakers (is it worth adding the door speakers to the basic head unit) and I'll be searching the forum for hint and tips on that. I've got a couple of questions to ask but I'll save this for other posts.

Anyway I just wanted to say thanks to all of you for a great forum and a load of advice already, it's a great community on here.

Hi there and welcome

Don't get hung up on the 2.0 thing..... I thought that I would get ripped to bits when I joined but it just isn't the case....each engine has its merits and for 90 percent of the time it's all the go that you wil ever need....though like every one I want and will get a Z4MC before I'm done!! My car is almost exactly the same as yours but sterling grey....and I love it!! Just been out cleaning the 108's which is a labour of love....just done callipers, new discs and pads etc so they look lovely hrough the spokes.....just need to take the time to take some pics and put on the forum....haven't posted a single pic yet as I'm too lazy to figure out how.......too busy cleaning the car !!

Good to see a fellow 4 pot sport member.....maybe we should start a crew !!.....only joking !! :D

Still think the Z is more fun than my Boxster S....and that had 100bhp more !!
