Newbie - picking up Z4 on Fri

Hi all,

Just thought I'd say hello. I'll be picking up a Z4 this coming Fri (16th Nov). It's a black E85 3.0i, 2005 with 63k miles. It'll be a weekend car so will likely get a lot of TLC and maybe some modding. I'll be up for some meets/cruises (thinking the April Wales meet would be fun!) and linking up with anyone in the West Midlands area.

Photos? - certainly! If it's not raining during the drive home (from up North!) I'll take a few then. I'm planning on taking the long route home - probably via the Snake Pass - so some shots against the Ladybower reservoir would be on. The forecast for Fri isn't looking great though, so it may have to wait?

Hi Paul, We've had a few Midland breakfast meets at Knowle (just up the road from you) and no doubt there will be more next year. Mac has a static meet at his watermill in Leicester every year in August that a few of us convoy up to, that's well worth a visit.
If you fancy this Wales meet in April you can come down to Gloucs with us if you want....and by the way, ignore the dogging posts on that thread, that's a completely different meet altogether!! :lol:

Latest forecast looking wet most of the day now. Damned weather. I had hopes of a ride back with silly hat and hood down!
