Newbie in SE London

Hi all,

I'm the proud new owner of a Z4 Coupe. Fortunately for me, Ali_Z4C has a child on the way so is in need of an extra seat. I went all the way up to Newcastle from London for it but it was well worth it, it's in great condition and I was smiling the whole 300 miles home :driving:

I love how rare they are, I think I only saw 2 roadsters on the drive down.

I'll put some photos up once it's clean, hopefully over the weekend.

Less than 2000 Sport Coupe's (like yours) were registered in the UK, so yes as you say pretty rare! Welcome and looking forward to meeting you at the meet! I havnt picked up my coupe yet but will be soon..

Argh, I'd love to be there but I'm in Latvia on a mates stag-do :headbang:

Thanks for the welcome, I look forward to seeing you out on the roads, and getting your advice on which mods I should be doing. Ali put a stubby aerial on which looks good, I'm thinking about getting pressed plates and slight rear-window tints but otherwise I'm loving the standard look.
 
There aren't many things I would miss a meet for.... But a stag do in Latvia... hehe - I would miss one for that :lol:

Thats a great looking car and I was VERY close to purchasing it myself so enjoy it buddy. Ali_Z4C glad you got it all sorted in the end, what you replacing the Zed with???

Car wise the boss has just gone off on maternity so don't really need 2 cars. Going to use her E87 120d M sport as a family car until she goes back to work (all the while banking my company car money :wink: ) then if I can get away with another 2 seater I am going to talk my Mother-In-Law into selling me her 5 yr old Cayman S with only 20k on it for mates rates :thumbsup:

If I need more seats I am thinking E90 M3 or S5.... always fancied a V8 :driving: :driving:
