Well Lund it self is a lovely summer city. It is a university city with many cycling students so having a beer in the center enjoin the view is highly recommended.
Other than that I would recommend renting a open car (unless you are bringing your Z) and touring the landscape. We have some magnificent twisty roads over open fields. Let me know if you want some directions to good roads.
