Just about 6 weeks ago I bought a 2006 bright red roadster with 36,000 miles. I have the telephone controls on the steering wheel but they don't work. Is this an option that was not on this car? Also, the car came with these beautiful 10 spoke chrome wheels could these be BMW wheels or an after market? Next up is the seats...I do not have the electric seat with the heater and memory and I would like to see about finding some and installing them. Has anyonw ever done that? I appreciate any help.

You might want to post up a picture of your car and we can likely tell you something about the wheels.
The telephone controls are designed to work with certain types of installed phones kits or with also work with some phones that have bluetooth assuming you have the bluetooth option in the car.
 
welcome to the Forum Jeff. As WLH - the multi function steerring wheel contains the telephone buttons even though they may not be used. Enjoy the new drive :thumbsup:
