Hey guys! My name is Julian and I am new to the forum! Glad to be here, looks like there is some awesome stuff to check out. Just wanted to introduce myself real quick. I have a 2008 VW GTI 2.0T and its Black, or Black Magic to be precise. Hence, the name BLK MAGIC. Looking forward to chatting with you guys!

Welcome :thumbsup: how quick are those Golfs had one right up my ass last week dropped into slower lane to let him pass but to be honest he would have passed easy enough it was like a rocket did not sound standard though.
 
Welcome to the forum. :thumbsup: Do you have a Z4 also? I had a red Golf VR6 for two years before going BMW. That was a POS car, always at the dealer to have it fixed. :evil:

Depends entirely what Golf it was! mk5 i assume?
Twin exhausts at the back? R32
Otherwise could of been an GTi Edition30, remap takes it to ~300bhp.

Was a mk5 with a red line around the front grill which made me think GTi
 
All MkV Golfs have the red stripe around the grill. If it doesnt, then its a Rabbit. The R32 GTI has the dual exhaust in the center of the rear. And yes, with the right mods, they can be quick little bunny's. I love mine so far, and have always wanted a Z4. Thats actually why I am here, I want to soak up some info and further my fever to buy one.. Lol.
