New Z4M

Thinking of buying a newer Z4M.

Some of you may have seen the car on BMW website.

It's a 2009 black with red leather and was a demo - but with only 50 miles on the clock.

just not 100% about the colour combo, i currently have a silver roadster with black leather and think i prefer that.

Some basic options.

is 27k good deal?

will be going to see the car soon.

Depends on what they give you for your car if you part ex it. Sounds a good price for what is a new car. How much warranty is there on it?

Personally, I like black/red combo but if you don't like it then I can't see why you'd buy it.

i like it, but i think i'd have to see it. first registered in may 2009.

they are offering what i paid for the car back in feb.

sounds ok then.. i was thinking of doing the same but couldn't find the right spec and definitely wouldn't downgrade to do it.

would have loved a warranty for another 3 years.. costing £850 pa to keep it going, plus obviously will be worth more at the end. If I'd seen the perfect spec and colour combo, i would have swapped, but i havent so ive stuck with it and spent the cash making mine more interesting instead.

Black and red is the best colour combination in my opinion.

I'd say 27k is good. Go for it

Do it.

You haven't lost anything and that is pretty much a bargain for a 4 month old, virtually unused car.

Black/red - gorgeous (although not as nice as silver grey/red)

Is this the one in Bromley?

I thought about that one too but I wanted nav and this doesn't have it.

It was £29995 last time I looked so £27K is a great deal.

thanks guys - I think tomorrow will be the decider, nothing like seeing it in the flesh. :)

Like you, I was pretty reticent about Sapphire Black/Imola Red on the Z4M based on pictures. It's a pretty common combination over here and I passed on it several times as too loud. When I finally saw it in the flesh, long after I bought my black/black, I was kicking myself. :)

they tried to charge me for the running in service a couple of months back, but i wasn't wearing it.....
at the point of sale i wasn't told so that was my escape route but i suppose if you are pre-warned then you have to swallow it.
seems ridiculous to me in these 'times' but there you go.

I was told it was free as I tried to use this as a bargaining tool to get some freebies thrown in. It backfired when they said it's free anyway!

Need to make sure that If they try to charge me that it is costed back to the supplying dealer 120 miles away.

£27k is a good price. I dunno how the Toasters compare with Coupe prices these days but fairly recentlt there were a few 900-1500 mile 2008 Coupes up at well over 30k (one was 35k if I remember correctly). I think highest priced one is still for sale however, been with the same dealers for months.
