New Z4 - Speed camera data for the Nav System

Has anyone installed a speed camera database in the Z4 professional nav system? Have just placed an order for a car and was extremely surprised to find that camera detection is not part of the nav pack! Considering the likes of Tom Tom give this for less than £200 is seems a setious shortfall. I assume it is possible to get the database data and upload it - but has anyone actually done this?
 
Yep.. mine even beeps when i go near a cam :)

While It is possible to add a speed camera list to the DVD, the problem with customising it by adding a speed camera database is that you'll have to be constantly looking at the sat-nav screen to see where the cameras are, as there is no audible warning.

It uses the system's 'point of interest' function to display them.

However we can't talk about 'customising' BMW sat-nav discs on this forum.
 
Mine has audio warnings :)

And I think you can talk about customisation, as long as you used an original disk. I agree it's kinda a pig you have to do it, but im good at that sort of thing so it wasnt too hard.
 
Customising OEM disks is fine. Just sometimes people overstep the mark and want to buy and sell counterfeit copies, which can get us in trouble.
