They were a total pain! It took the guy all afternoon to do them and he ended up stripping them off the car to cover them.
He explained that as there is a fat lip on the mirror edge it was difficult to wrap without cutting material. So he took it off the car to wrap properly. Didn't charge me extra though so good result.

Are the uncovered bits of the rear bumper the same colour as the rest of the car, or has the bulk of the bumper suffered from UV exposure?
The uncovered areas seem fine and match up with the rest of the bumper. TBH car livs in a garage so I don't think it's suffered much from UV damage.

looking good sammy, I'm not jealous, I wanted my front rail done in a carbon wrap b ut as I have said elsewhere for whatever reason the guy doing it just couldn't get it to lie right depsite trying a couple of different types.
If you are on about the black triangular bits mine were looking really grey and horrible I tried back to black to no avail and picked up a black colour restoring paste somewhere and that brought them right back.Exactmax said:Wrapped parts look mint.
