are they chrome dishes? i like a bit of chrome. these american style dish alloys really suit the z4. are avon tyres decent? cant say ive used them, only heard of them when places sell wheels and put them on, or advertising and races.

ive just got rid of my rft's - preaching to the converted!!

I used avon turbospeed's on my mk 2 escort rs2000 for road rallys back in the 80's and lots of the road rally boys used them they where one of the best for grip and wear so I thought I would try them I have tried yoko's ,falkens and toyo's etc and the avons where always up there with the best ,the dishes are stainless so are verry easy to keep clean I have a set on my t5 transporter

Aww, sold your old ones on? They are really rare!

How much did you get for them if you don't mind me asking?

Similar style to your old ones, which is a nice look on the Z4 (seen one Z4 with them and it looked nice in the flesh)

Cheers

I got £700 so I got rid of the rft's so it has not to cost much to change

Bloomin eck, £700 ain't bad :)

Not sure how they would look on titanium silver, or if they suffer the same issue as 108's (polished rim), but I think your old ones are a damn cool alloy for a Z4...!

Are the new ones a similar kinda look then, just with chromed spokes and a deeper dish?

Dave

Those wheels do look better when fitted and set the z off nicely. The view from your house is also fantastic, and those sheep! Are you close to them..bahhhhh!! Only messing as those are the typical comments I get from certain nationalities, being another Welshman. However, I always come back with the quote of "we f... them and you eat them."

just got lucky with the sale a local lad had them off me a friend of a freind ,his misses used the car and curbed two wheels and his tyres where bald when he heard I was selling mine made me an offer (he had a price for two rears tyres £598 ) so a good set of wheels and tyres for £700 was a bargain to him and ,the lip is staninless steel so no peeling laquer and salt damage they are a similar wheel but with lager spokes and a massive dish if you are looking for a set they do them with a black center I nearly went for them
