NEW WHEELS AND TIRES: PROBLEM....

Hello there,
I have placed my new tires and wheels on my M Coupe.
I have taken the highway and the car vibrates more and more as I reach higher speed level.
Do you have any suggestion to stop the annoying problem?
Any ideas?
thanks for your kind reply.

It sounds very much like the wheels havn't been balanced properly. That would be the first thing to check.

Hello curtis,
well they did place weight in each wheel...
Should I go and ask to make a check, does this mean that they will have to take each wheel out from car and balance?
thanks

If the balance is good, then you might have a tire/tires that are out of round. What wheel and tire combination did you put on?

Yes its most likely a balance problem,

And yes Dalmat, they should take each individual wheel and balance it,

Two possibilities:

1. If your steering wheel shake or vibrate, it usually means your wheels are out of balance.

2. If your car pulls to one side when it is traveling on a flat level road surface, it usually means your car's front end is out of alignment.

I hope this helps.

hello,
no vibrations before 100-120km/h.
I have CSL replica 19" and yokohama 245/35 & 275/30.
any other suggestions?

My vote goes with those already posted - balancing (can only become noticeable at higher speeds), tracking/alignment...
