New radiator/expansion tank .Advice please.

Hi all, the expansion tanks leaking on me zed, thought I would refresh the whole system as the car is now almost 12yrs old, just rang the stealer an almost choked,
Rad, £240, exp tank £67, top an bottom hoses £ 41, each all +vat,
Been looking at europarts an they do two rads eis or hella £50, and £72, respectively, they dont do the hoses,
So anyone used these products comments please,or know where I can get the hoses from , cos at £ 82 +vat they may as well take me kidneys as well,

Never done this work but possible HELLA is BMW OEM in any event but with the BMW price tag!

Certainly wouldn't shell out for a radiator. Would take it to Serck or similar and have it flow checked and if needed a new core (which I doubt needed unless leaking, etc.).

The hoses make sense while having the system to bits.

Couldnt get the expansion tank of on its own so ended up with the rad out anyway took me ages one little screw I'd not seen holding it.Pretty clogged on the outside surprised it still worked. What I hadnt realised the rad thingy u see thro the grill is another sort of cooling rad.??? Wondering now if I should change that too.but as I dont have a clue as to what may be needed ie bleeding etc am a little hesitant.

Well more than just taking a hose off
Needs a specialist to drain the aircon system first.

Think I'll leave it then[emoji6] start installing the new rad . expansion tank.an hoses.
T.b.h. only decided to do it myself coz mi indy Darren Woods is shut till 5 jan and didnt fancy being zedless for a few weeks.
