Hi,thought I'd better get round to the "formal" introduction as I've been lurking for a few weeks.Decided on an E89 Z4 for our next car and have bought a 3.0 sdrive.......obligatory pictures to follow but as I'm in central Scotland and it's rained most days since I got it,don't hold your breath,needing cleaned again.
Alpine white with red interior,which I wasn't sure about,but is great in the flesh......bought the car unseen from a dealer someplace near London.
Already put 2 or 3 thousand miles on it and well impressed with it's capabilities on a day to day basis.....although I'm having a job getting the wife out the driver's seat
...not a huge issue as we're away to Europe on a driving holiday in 4 weeks and I'd rather any little niggles showed up here and could be rectified before the trip.
Another 500 mile round trip up to Caithness this weekend but I'll be making sure I grab the keys for this one.
