Hi All,

A few weeks ago I posted in the newbies form that I was looking for a 35i / 35is with an upto £13k budget, I have now purchased a Z4 35iS for erm a bit more than my budget. :driving:

My previous post:

The car I have bought is a 2010 model with 50k miles on the clock in silver with black leather, a couple of pictures with the car at home.

After a warm welcome to the forum and some good advice in model specifics extras etc I think i've got the right car for what I ended up spending.

Thanks all, I'll be spending the coming weeks learning to the the best out of it, from a Quattro back to a RWD car for the first time in 4 years I need to adapt my driving style before I find a ditch

Congratulations, looks lovely. Glad you got a 35iS

Don’t worry I about blowing the budget as long as the OH is still speaking to you

Great looking Z , i shall look out for it :driving: whereabouts the Ribble Valley are you ?

A good choice  Enjoy it!
As warned earlier don't be tempted to turn off the traction control - especially coming from the 3.0 Quattro. Even with it in "sport " it will shock!

Very smart looking car. I don’t think you will be disappointed with the 3.5is. I love mine. :D

I'm used to planting the Quattro mid corner and all 4 go in a nicely controlled way, I have a long list of pre-owned RWD's so as long as I dont forget what i'm driving I should be fine

wooly hat and gloves, bum warmers on, heating full belt..perfect:D at least you're not in lockdown, I can only go 5 miles from the house :x

Built in bum and hand warmers hats etc will be used the next crisp day I'm not at work

I'm in a tier 3 area as part of Lancashire so it's advised I shouldn't leave the area unless I have good reason

I do have a bit more range than 5 miles though  hopefully Wales will have it cracked soon and re-opened

Congratulations on the new purchase and welcome to the forum from a fellow 35is owner. Theses cars are so much fun to drive, just be careful this time of year with the roads being damp and slippery, Perhaps a little less lead In the right foot :D
