Hi all

Just joined the club after placing a deposit om my dream car - a Z4 E89 Sdrive23i M Sport in black with red leather, 18" alloys, Connectivity pack, Rain sensor and auto lights, and wind deflector. Fairly low on the options list but im happy with the car and pick it up this Tuesday at 11 - cant wait!

Just a few questions, are there any hidden feathers of the Z4 that perhaps isnt the obvious to the new owner? Also does the connectivity pack mean that it has a bluetooth streaming function for music?

Ill miss my old E46 Facelift M Sport conv but onwards and upwards.

Thanks to everyone on here for all the previous posts, answered a lot of questions I had. Hoping to have a good long and enjoyable time with Z4 Forum.

Cheers

Sorry for the double post but I had to get the 'pics' banner in quick! ;)

Bluetooth streaming was, I think 2010/2011 models onwards so depends on the year really. Without knowing the full spec of your car its hard to say what else you might find :)

Welcome! :D

Here ya go guys, its a 2010/10 plate with 18k miles on the clock

Oh i will enjoy it mate, just cant wait to get behind the wheel and hear that 6 cyl engine!
They are a cracking looking machine the E89  I bet it will be lovely to drive :) I bought my X5 4.8is from sytner Sheffield but before they had their posh new handover bay, enjoy picking it up...I bet you won't get much sleep! :)

Sytner sheffield is such a strange plate, all cars insite, and 2 showrooms either side of a narrow road, but all the buildings behind the showrooms which were old factorys are now stuffed full of BMWs. They must have over 150 cars on site. The sales guy took me there to see the car while it was in the prep centre.

Im actually from Hull but quite happy to travel for the right car.

When I bought the X5 I lived in Cheshire so it was a 1hr & a half for me, but like you it was the right car so you don't mind :)

Well after seeing the vid of the BMW technician on here trying to slide someones car on a test run, ive decided I wont be going back there. Oh and the fact that they tried to charge me £520 for new front brakes when it passed an MOT with the 3 weeks before has put me off as well.

Do you attend the BMW Car Club GB nights in Howden at the end of each month? thinking of going when I get my Z4.
