Hello all, went out to view today and came back with a 2012 28i, first impressions are

Mandatory pics will follow but due to the lovely weather we are having will just have to wait until it improves a bit.

Will be looking for some advice on the following:

- wind deflector - is it worth it and where to buy
- for some reason (marmite decision I guess) am thinking of changing to black wheels (it's a white one
- stainless steel exhaust - custom made by profusion customs.com near Heathrow, they have a good reputation, any one got any alternative suggestions please share

Be gentle now :D

I've had two e89's one with and one without wind deflector, and with is deffinetly better (OEM though, the aftermarket ones I've seen look pretty rubbish)

I had my wheels refurbished in carbon grey and absolutely loved them (but mine were on a silver car) black can look a little lost.

Welcome aboard. Sounds like a nice Zed, look forward to some Pic's. Oh and definitely get a wind deflector, they 100% make a difference.

Thanks for the reply's.

Wow that works well with the silver, might give that some thought as well could be a more subtle look than the black with the White.

I have seen the OEM deflectors installed and they do look good.

Welcome to the forum, looking forward to seeing your car. The OEM wind deflector makes a big difference on my E85.

Hi, 28i very good choice, another one for a wind deflector, they're a must. Sorry but black wheels on a white car

still haven't managed to take a decent photo, was out all day driving it..
