something can't be right about it given it only has 2 seats and doesn't seem to have any extra room. either end of the cabin

I had a convertible cooper for a couple of years & trust me, there isn't a whole lot of room to gain!
It may be something to do with the fact that I'm 6'6, but there's no-way anyone was getting in behind me (the back of my seat actually touched the front of the back seat!), and even on the other side they had to be a contortionist!

Fun little go-cart of a car, but I wouldn't have another mini.

Taz: cheers for the PM, reply sent... plus it's looking like it'll be a decent weekend by all accounts, so I'm planning on having the top down on sunday anyway (now I've said that, expect a thunderstorm to start friday night and end monday morning... sorry folks!)

yeah I 'sat' in the back of a convertible cooper when a guy at work had one as a courtesy car which is why I mentioned it, it was basically a 2 seater.

Obviously the roof is taking up the majority of that space but the rear boot hatch still looks smaller, so I’m guessing the overall length is shorter but then the platform must be the same.

I dunno, it might just be my eyes
