I had the usual problem with my Hood Motor, it would open ok, but would only close with a helping hand.
Today I took my Z to Mervyn at AutoElectron in Harrogate HG1 4PT.
He replaced the Hood Motor using a new Motor and relocated it in the boot.
It takes up very little space, and all I need to do in the future is make up a box to cover it.
Mervyn charges £598 fitted. A good service and a good price.
On average he replaces 2 motors a week, so he's experienced and knows what he's doing.
