Been skulking the forum for a while and decided it was time to say hi. Learned a lot so far and looking forward to finding the perfect Z4. Ideally a 3.0 manual and hoping end of the summer will bring some sweet deals.

Anyway, hi to all and I look forward to being part of the forum.

I am assuming that you are are a person of immense taste and are therefore after a Roadster :D

Don't take any notice of the crazy guys who will try to push you towards the obviously less desirable Coupe. :wink:

Roadsters are the way to go, as coupes are slower with all that extra roof metal they have to carry :lol:

You certainly get to know the roadster internals better with all the drainage pipe plunging and roof motor replacements.

Great cars whatever you decide.
 
Welcome Nuke - like your avatar - we must be similar ages. . . .?

The coupe is stiffer and more dynamic, rare and looks great. The roadster is good enough (and better than I need) on the road and nothing beats having that roof down - fabulous!

Be patient and you should find your 'sweet deal' (maybe we're not the same age :cry: ) just be clear about what you want and what you'll compromise upon. Keep an eye on the forum For Sale section too as well cared for Zeds can sometimes be found there.
