The car did not flip (just). I don't know why you are seeing it upside down.

He walked away and more importantly his 4 year old daughter who was in the passenger seat also walked away without any injuries.

Most importantly, was he ok?

Jembo - Appears right way up here. Are you holding your laptop upside down? :poke:

And yep most importantly is that he was okay.

+1, unless it was a complete accident - wandering deer/fox/white van/acts of god etc

I hope he wasn't hooning with a 4 yr old in the cabin ! wheres the engine ?

GT3's require some skill to drive, that's why I have a Carrera S.

For legal reasons I can not give full details nor can I post any further pictures which may result in identification either of the car or any people. However, The car was being driven well below the national speed limit for the section of road (which is a straight road) when a mechanical fault caused the car to pull violently to the right crossing oncoming traffic where it was hit by another vehicle and sent spinning off the road minus an engine.... which supposedly landed in bushes 50 metres away.

He has been racing for a number of years and can handle a car better than anyone i know. he has also had a few GT3s and a GT3 RS along with a whole host of other fast cars. He doesn't risk his licence on the road.
