Just got these in the post direct from Magnetti Marelli for 50 quid a piece, but can guarantee they'll be fogged up in no time if their reputation as I pile of sh1t is anything to go by.....

Anyone gotta a suggestion on how I can prevent condensation?

Do you have a link to where you ordered them from? I have 1 that has started to fog up.

I have mine out at the moment the moisture must be coming through the blub holder hole, the seal is not good enough it should have a rubber boot as well. My idea is to use Vaseline on the bulb seal and the spray some sort of sealer over the back of the bulb holder area. anybody tried something different. I was not aware the were available from the manufacturer :(

Interesting as I've had a good look and as you say, that's the only area where there may be a gap for moisture to get in. Ill seat it with some silicone i think (easy to remove if needed)

I have a friend who works for Magneti Marelli so was able to source them that way, don't think he likes doing it though as its a strict No No selling OEM parts to a 3rd party instead of the car company who has the exclusivity for the product.

All BMW do when they receive them is plonk a part number sticker on the back, and put them in a new box. Oh and then charge twice the price.

Thanks for that reply I wont need to spend time trying to get hold of them, I wonder if you were in Italy/Spain you could get them as they are in the catalogue for Checkstar which seems to be their distributor.
