HI all,

not new to the forum but never actually got round to signing up. I am finding the Z4-Forum super helpful on all things Z4 Related so decided to sign up :)

Got fed up of silver cars (my last two were silver) but it really suits the 89. Shows the lines. :thumbsup:

A serious tower brace as well.
 
Indeed, the Luxon strut brace is a thing of beauty. It really compliments the engine bay. Does wonders for the dash, roof and front end flex. E89's really benefit from a strut brace - fills it with even more confidence and rigidity.

LCI indicators on way shortly also!
 
My Z is a manual 3.0 remapped to 272bhp. I know many feel that this is pointless but I did it more for the optimisation than the gains.

It's smoothed out the power through the gears (no black spots) and def pulls better in 5th and 6th instead of leveling off. As a bonus it now has a great new exhaust note and bit more grunt to the engine.

Would I recommend?....not if your looking to be blown away...cos you won't be but it def makes a difference to the responsiveness of the 3.0. Just don't go expecting massive torque or increased acceleration.

I remapped my 3.0 E85 for much the same reasons, and am just as impressed :driving:
