As the S-Max had rolled over 100,000 miles, and with only one fault requiring money being spent since new I figured I was preparing for a big bill and decided to get rid of it.

The replacement is a little swisher, a 535d m sport touring with more toys than a car should rightly have (but who dies with the most toys wins right?) :)

Anyway, it's a 2011 car but only 25k on the clock so just about run in on a big diesel. The torque on it is simply unbelievable and it's only a fraction of a second slower to 60 than IMmie.

Definitely a step up from an S-Max Stu

Loving those wheels as well. What's the little black dot on the front of the arch ?

Very nice and I love these  that engine is a torque filled monster 8)

I really liked my old 5 touring, I wished I had gone for a better engine than the 20d though, enjoy yours.

The wheel arch dots are side facing cameras. If you poke the nose out of a blind junction you can see the car coming just before it hits you :)

They also team up with the reversing camera to provide a thing called surround view that gives a birds eye view of the car when parking. It's bloody clever.
