I am new on here. (First Post) I have had a 2.5ltr Phoenix Yellow Z4 for 2 years and absolutely adore it, but this Saturday just gone I went and test drove a Z4MR and needless to say I had to have it. Paid for it but have to wait 2 weeks to pick it up as I am getting my plate changed over. It is already dragging, and I feel the worst is still to come.

Also believe it or not my insurance has not even gone up and I am only 22. Result!!!!!

Bought it in Interlagos Blue, Black Nappa, Carbon Dash, nav, and all the toys. I was thinking of having the wheels painted black and de chroming the grille. (thoughts)

Welcome, and in 2 weeks time, remember the camera!

Nice. My thoughts are that a non chrome grill looks a bit too Halfords for me, but shadow chrome or anthracite wheels looks good, as shown by others on the forum.

But, why not commit to keeping it OEM for the first six months and spend your money on petrol instead. :driving:

The other way round for me - which is why I de-chromed my grill - Halfords is the home of blingy shiny stuff. For me, chrome is for exhaust tips and no where else.

Great to see another younger member

Like others have said watch it! Great fun tho :P

Black doesn't suit the blue IMHO the oem silver colour looks nicer but have a look at shadow chrome really nice colour bit inbetween.

The car is silver grey, the wheels are gunmetal but have a set of OEM CSLs which im going to have done in shadow chrome when I get the chance
