Had our yeti for a year now, it’s been faultless and a great practical daily driver

Thanks all for the comments. The cabin is, as suggested, a very nice place to be. I am so looking forward to starting my travels and will post updates on places visited. Mr Wilks, two Yeti's on the Forum. I expect you will be getting one of those 'My other car is a Porsche' window stickers from the sixties :D

Fab combo, the interior is wonderful and will make a great place to tour and get those miles completed.
Glad you’re enjoying it already and look forward to hearing about your trips.

I know its not the exact model you have BeeEmm but TopGear next Sunday has a feature on the new M8
I drove the M8 briefly and I do love the 4.4 litre V8 engine which also powered an F10 M5 I had and also an Alpina B5 I borrowed for 3 days last year. It is a heavy unit though and I preferred it in the M5. BMW released an M850i before the M8, same engine slightly less power but very close. As a result the M8 did not have the same impact on me and I think BMW made a mistake releasing the M850i as it is considerably cheaper. I am sure it will affect M8 sales. I love the 2 door Coupe shape however and decided that as I was buying the car for touring, the 3.0 litre rear wheel drive only, petrol engine (which is no slouch) would suit my needs better. I will certainly be interested to know what the lad from Bolton thinks of the M8 though. :|
