you wont believe the difference, the best thing i ever did ditching the bridgestone runshi*es !....
 
I have the same... loving them so far... comfy, quiet and now they have been scrubbed in a little, v.grippy.

Only slight concern is how long they last, although they were significantly cheaper than other makes so it's not too much of a concern.
 
Have you noticed any drop in mpg? I was chatting to someone about the Vred's the other day, he reckons they dropped his mpg a little.

A lot of places that i enquired at dont stock Vredestein.

May check Camskill and them get my local place to fit them - i def need to get shot of my run flats they are driving me crazy.

Always the factory spec, runflats or not.

When you have chosen and have your best price all in - supply deliver, fit, balance, let me know by PM the make and sizes
If you're prepared to drive 25 mins to Lichfield I'll likely be able to better anything available with a local trade contact. (Professional wheel refurber and tyre shop who does mine)
 
I run my non runflats a little softer than I did the the RFL on.it feels much nicer and the tyres are wearing really evenly all round. 31 f and 33 r I think.

as re tyre pressures,i have vrdstns too,and find 30psi front,32psi rear work best(u def dont put them at rft settings/too hard)

aqauizi,i got my vrdstns from camskill,were £400 delivrd for 2 x 225 40 18's and 2 x 255 35 18's,and were ftd localy for £40,
tho larkspeed have/had them at smlr price

I've just enquired at my local HiQ center and they have given me a price for tyres.

They quoted :-

2 225 40 18 = £364
2 255 35 18 = £422
Total = £786 !

It was for Bridgestone tyres - runflats, as the guy told me they "Have to be runflats, or they will make the speedo innacurate and the ride unbearable."

Is he having a laugh at my expense ?
