New bonnet on the Z4

Does anyone know if a 2007 BMW Z4M Coupe bonnet would fit on a 2007 BMW Z4 3.0si Coupe i understand the cars are very similar in shape but has anyone ever tried it, thanks in advance

That will be a straight swap.

Just check you have 2 bonnet catches on your coupe (which you should have) as the earlier cars had a single central catch.

As above the rest is identical, except of course the crease marks on the centre of the ///M bonnet

///M bonnet on a non-M is fine. ///M badges on a non-M will attract negative comment on here, starting with me!

It would be good to see pics of your non-badged Zed.

Welcome to the forum OP - useful place to be as you have found out!

If you have removed the 3.0 badges, I wouldn't recommend adding "M" ones (or if you do, don't admit to it on here). :lol:

And don't forget photos!
