Regarding the peeling lacquer, pop up a pic? I've found most of the time peeling lacquer is a result of a poor paint job, so would require a respray. But it may be something fixed by a smart repair, depending on severity.

She was swirly when I got her ! She has only been to see the Albanians once whilst I have had her!

Will do when it's dry again and I can take a pic. There is a paintshop in the village that did a job on the 2, so if it is a case of respray might take it to them.

Some say, the Albanians can write their name on your cars paintwork in swirls. The really good ones can build artwork in, if looked at in the right light...

Looks great to me... I love black cars... I've had silver before but no matter how much time and effort you put in polishing them they never look amazingly clean....but likewise they never look dirty!

My black car however when i clean it once a month it gets noticed! The rest if the time its just grey!
