Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a part of a part?
I have a 2007 2.5si, and it has the silver aluminium interior. The fresh air grill in the centre of the dash has silver coloured plastic tabs that you use to move the grill up and down etc. It seems to be a little silver plastic insert into the tab itself.
Well one is missing. I got the car like that and it really bugs me.
I know I can order a whole new grill but that seems like overkill. Is this a standard interior on all of them, or it is a separate "silver" add on? And does anyone know if these things are available separately? I have tried wreckers but in my area there just don't seem to be any Z4's available at the moment (Brisbane Australia).
I have looked on realoem and can find the grill as a whole, but have no idea if they all have the silver bit or some are plain black, and I don't see just the little piece.
Help! It is the least important problem I have and the one that mocks me to my face each time I get in the car!
