Morning All,
Last night whilst parked in a car park a nice chap in a 5 series decided to keep reversing and hit my front bumper on the passenger side. There isn't much damage although it has been marked & scuffed.
He immediately apologised and said he didn't see my car. He's provided his contact details and insurance and i have a witness that saw everything.
I have a couple of questions:
Should I claim through my insurance ?. He drives a company car and wasn't bothered about me making a claim against him. Will my premiums increase ?
Should I replace for like for like bumper or can i use this as an opportunity to change the look / styling of the Zed ?
Thanks for any help / suggestions.
