National Windscreens

No, but examine your car very carefully for any marks and scratches and get the guy to agree it's got zero before he starts...

Too many bad experiences with screen companies.

BTW - Personal, but I don't rate the screen repairs. Always ended up with a new screen, paying an excess as I could see the repair clearly.

Nothing like the sound of a zip going up and down over your wing

Thanks all. TBH I'm not even sure it can/should be repaired - The chip is within the steering wheel coverage, low down to the left as you look out the window. It is really small though (about the size of a pen tip) and the car is due an MOT at month end so wanna be sure it passes :)

Does anyone else experience more chips with the zed than other vehicles. the zed has now picked up 3 chips in 2 years of ownership :o All previous cars of mine have escaped chip free :idunno:

Yes - a stone chipped the screen 2 days after I purchased it. Cracked across over the next hour and had to be replaced. I think being low they may be more vulnerable than cars with higher front ends.
