Nanolex detail

I got my zed professionally detailed for the first time a couple of weeks ago by Rob from Gleam Machine. Here’s the write-up he’s done on DW… http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=115310

Observations when I picked it up were the car looked stunning but was expecting more of a wet look. Not sure if this was just me expecting too much or if it was down to the product i.e. Nanolex.

It hasn’t rained yet so can’t comment on the beading but I have noticed that the alloys have picked up less brake dust. Going to give it a wash this weekend – simple Meguiars Gold wash and dry – and hope the finish will be like when I picked it up from Rob.

Car looks good in pics but if you are after more of a wet look you could try a Carnuaba wax over the top of the sealant he has used check with them if this is OK i use this one on mine http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/wax/victoria-wax/victoria-wax-3oz-concours-wax/prod_312.html very easy to use i have 3 layers on and top up with one layer every two months gives a nice warm glossy wet look on Silver so would be even better on Grey.
