MY ZED number plate

Every now and again I randomly surf for a plate that might suit my car. I don’t do cheesy or illegal spacing and not bothered about hiding the cars age.

This isn’t mine and too new for my 56. Thought I’d share it though. MY07 ZED

Anyone found anything else interesting?

That's a good plate, but too new for my Z4 as well as it would be a 56 plate if it hadn't come with a "cherished" plate!

Although I bought one I'd want something specific to me rather than the car.

It made me smile though because we had a little local meet up back in 2018 and someone had MY53 ZED on his car, although since then he has had to sell the car. :(

I’ve had my £89 plate on all 3 of my Zeds over the years, car runs much better with it, just like it does after a good valet

Did you ever have any trouble after you changed the spacing from SHZ 4xxx to SHZ4 xxx ?

I've been looking at a similar plate and wondered if it was worth the risk/effort

Had the MOT done at Sytner Swansea in March who were going to fail it on the spacing and lack of BS marking etc, fortunately I had legal plates which they put on there and then for me, had to get them dropped to the dealership as I was waiting for the car ! The previous year a small independent garage did the MOT and the examiner just suggested I get a legal set made ! I only went to Sytner this year after the tester I’d used for years retired!

My number are my initials but when it was on my 911 the police stopped me in the misguided belief I was speeding and suggested it meant “ Parental Guidance Required”. Don’t understand what made him say that haha.

My Zed plate, well plate on my Zed. Back story is I support Wigan Warriors Rugby Club and me and my partner go to games, both home and away. The car was bought to use and it soon became our 'Wigan Mobile' as it was the perfect for those travelling games. We live in Lancashire so the amount of times we go over the hills to Yorkshire and then all the other matches means it gets a fair bit of use!!! The other cars is a Golf so that soon got relegated as her work car! 😆
