My Z4 - Brake replacement / headlight refurb

So after our success with the roof motor, we've decided to get brave and replace the brake pads and refurbish the calipers and Hubs. If the weather holds of we will attempt to refurb the headlights too

Kit list of the day
Brembo brake pads
Black enamel caliper paint
Silver enamel caliper paint
Brake dust cleaner
Plenty of masking tape and paper

First of we removed the wheels and uncliped the caliper. The calipers were caked in rust/brake dust etc. First job was to clean them up and wire brush any excess s**t



Once the caliper was out of the way the hub was again brushed up and cleaned off. We masked the area ready to apply primer





Now we painted up the caliper. We didn't remove it from the car entirely and painted with black enamel paint. Gave it a heavy coat

Next we faced some weather problems. We managed to adapt..........
