I'm really stoked about it myself. No more getting in the correct spot as to not have the top go down and stop in the middle of the 15 seconds. No more getting out of the car and start talking to someone and need to go stick the key in the door to put the top and windows up before I walk away.
Went out this morning and was putting the top up and down all day. It really works well, as long as you don't try to do the up/down too soon to each other. Had 2 people ask how I got the top to go up with the key remotely.
I can barely wait for Bimmerfest May 3rd. I feel like doing a little pimping.
You know what is going to happen, I'm going to do it too often and not be able to start the car.

If you don't have that part behind your rear bumper there would be no sound. Am I right?

Just break out that spare (just in case) battery you have in the trunk
I do carry 12 or so AA batteries. Perhaps that would give me the bit extra I might need, if it comes to that.
Actually if I took the battries out of all 4 frs radio's and the flashlight and the 6 battries from Robyn's camera flash and my 3 digital camera's battries I think I might get it started. 
No worries then. I have the same kit and its cool "ish"
being that the range of our remotes is pretty much at arms length and theres a delay before it even starts to work Ive been left clicking the lock button 3 times only to start walking away and nothing happens,
so then that involves a walk back to the car, get REALLY close, and click 3 more times, wait.............................wait............and then the wirrrrrrrr of the top motor kicks in and I walk away,
sometimes I think it might just have been easier to push the button

when it works like magic first time and it closes on its own as you walk away THATS pretty cool

I'm amazed at the problems some people have with keys. Mine works from a long way off (25m+) no issues. I can raise and lower the hood while the car is in the drive, from my office window, to close if it rains or ready if it's hot (twice a year no doubt in England).
3 blips and it's up or down. Trick is course to allow for the delay and not start blipping again.
Not sure how it can be easier to get in the car, turn on the ignition and hold your finger on the button for at least 15 seconds of the cycle for it to work.

SHHH, don't tell IMZ4N, but I got his device. I am going to put it on ebay soon, but if I can get my asking price now, then I won't. Heck, I will even pay for shipping... Any takers? Since I put in all the effort or googling him to find out where he lived and then breaking into his garage and then finding the durn thing..Ok, I hope I got the right thing. How many buttons does it have on it anyway? So, I am asking for a starting bid of only $1000 american and it can go up from there.
