Sold the BMW around 2 months ago and had actively been searching for the right car.

Finally found what i was looking for :)

Hope you like it :)

She will need a new paint job but thats about it with full service history from new (1977), all MOTS and extremely low mileage.

These aircooled porsches are increasing in value tremendously plus its fun taking out your family in one car!

Wow. Just wow!

Take care in her now.... No DSC to help you out :o

I love the sound of the air cooled boxers, the VDO clocks and some of those 70's interiors!. Years ago a friend had a 70's 3.0 SC, sky blue metallic and an interior straight out of a burberry catalogue  , when we all running around in Manta's or Capri's it really was the mutts, Well done I'm sure you'l have loads of fun :driving:  .

WOW super response!

Thank you!

Love it as well - when i was 4 or 5 my father had bought me a white grand prix white 911 targa SC - dont remember if it was a matchbox or minichamps etc....

33 years later I finally own the really deal :D

Brainwashing kids is not good haha :D

lovely car... would the shape I would go after as well...

Are you keeping it white, or going to change the colour?

Grand Prix White as it came out originally.

Only a handful of Targas came out in white and RHD - back then white was not such a popular colour unlike now.

Will sympathically restore the paintwork and carry out some mechanical work like clutch, ball joints etc...

She runs very well!

Had only 4 keepers, and has an extensive service and MOT file.

Fantastic looking car, nothing like having a classic like that and there is nothing to prove with that as well

Sounds great... make sure you get a thread running with the work!

:D

That,s a nice motor :) i had as much enjoyment from my 964 putting it in the garage after a good run then going back in after 20 mins to the distinct smell of oil cooling down & the engine noises ticking as it cooled , a lasting memory

Really cool. Tops it the fact you had a toy of it that long ago!
