5 more from Delboy: "You know it makes sense"

5 more from the garage ............... I’ll fit it without charging

I popped down to see him and they don’t have a rolling road. He was right up front and said they don’t make a huge difference on N/A’s and he said he couldn’t prove any changes because no RR.

What he did say was about the 30 day money back guarantee but he offered to put it on and the let me run about for a few weeks and if I was happy then go and pay for it before the 30 days were up.

Now here comes the sensible bit instead of the man maths, I also told him I was looking to get into a 35/35S soon and he said he probably wouldn’t bother doing my current one then as it’s a fair bit of money £235 for approx 10 hp and I’d maybe only get the benefit for a few weeks.

That’s exactly my train of thought and where man maths comes in, I may have my current on for 6 months until one I fancy comes up...............

Pardon my ignorance but what is the CDV operation?

It’s the clutch delay valve removal. Seemingly makes 1st and 2nd gear change/move off better and less jerky.

Thanks Andy...
My 1st and 2nd gear changes could be better so maybe its not me..?
I'll have to look into how to do this and get one of those weighted gear knobs..
