My Hellrot Coupe

Been a long time lurker so probably time to introduce myself... I've owned a 2.0 hellrot red roadster for a few years but always admired the coupe, and after watching Looneys coupe drop in price i couldn't resist any longer and had to make the trip to london.
Got her home yesterday and already started swapping bits over.. put on my newly refurbed MV2's with wheel spacers and swapped the aerial for the dreaded stubby :poke:

And after 450 miles of constant driving she deserved a wash :D 20190921_173853.jpg
Still need to swap over the cruise control and the headunit but right now I'm obsessed with the noise from that straight 6

Well that answers the question I just asked on Looney's for sale thread about the E85 in your photo!

Your E86 looks fantastic, especially with those refurbed wheels and spacers. When the asking price kept dropping I started to get tempted as a Red Coupe is very rare, but then you bought it.

The N52 engine is rather tuneful, especially when you let the revs climb, and you certainly had plenty of time to listen to it. :driving:

Haha yes it does :D and thanks very much, the wheels and spacers make a huge difference IMO, i couldn't resist the price any longer, was afraid i was going to miss out :o and there were a few opportunities to make her sing :P beautiful engine

Fitted an aftermarket headunit last weekend so i could get bluetooth music and android auto, massive improvement over the old joying unit i have in the other car, even managed to fit the microphone into the original oem casing behind the steering wheel
