My cloth roof on top is starting to show signs of wear

My top is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Some of the cloth is starting to pull apart in various parts on the top. Anyone have an idea about what it would cost to replace it?

About £2k in a dealer which I am told is just for the outer hood as the inner comes separate.
