Specifically bongs then says attention? Nothing else no warning lights nothing on the nav or computer displays just bong Attention????? The fuel was very low but its never done it before.

Any ideas? I am not going mad either Mrs Monkey heard it as well....

Perry your right i haven't spent much time with her but i treat her nice and she keeps giving me problems!! I am starting to get a wondering eye.

Plumb i am not a low rider!! Sure i have the seat low but i am tall. Maybe i am slouching a bit.I will try and improve my posture.

GT i refer to my answer to Perry i press all the right buttons but she refuses to take her top off for fun time. Apparently her motor is broken

Do you have SatNav? And especially an aftermarket version of the firmware including speed cameras? If so, that always goes "bong attention" when a speed camera is in range.....

Yes i got a copy of a member last night i was thinking that might be the issue but there where no speed cameras in sight or ever have been. I know the area well where it happened? Well it will be getting turned off it obviously dose not work and its very annoying!!

My Nokia lumia reads out text messages when connected to Bluetooth and let's me reply As we'll.

Was it a double bong when the car was stationery and you had just switched the ignition on?

I have the stationary double bong from time to time no warning lights nor error codes - a suspect is the outside temperature sensor but thats not proven

Thats interesting bloody annoying as well. It did happen both times going from a 40 to a 30????

I will try it out watch me on traffic cops later.....

Exceeding the preset sped is more of a squark. Horrible noise.

Speed cameras 'bong' depending which aftermarket disk you have. Problem is they identify cameras in a range, even if not on the road you are on. I get it all the time on a dual carriageway as I parallel the A5 that's littered with 40 & 50 cameras.
