MV2 PS4 question

Hi all,

I’ve tried looking in the E85/86 tyre thread, but want to be totally sure before I spend the cash.

I’ve got stock 18” MV2’s on my E85 3.0si.

Current tyres:
Bridgestone Runflats
Front: 225/40R18
Rear: 255/35R18
I believe these to be stock sizes.

My understands are that Michelin PS4’s don’t come in the rear size. Would buying the rear in 255/40R18 fit and not cause any issues?

You are correct with your sizes.

I recently re-booted my MV2 wheels, but I went with Goodyear Eagle Assymetric 5 tyres instead of Michelin Pilot Sport 4.

Either way both tyres come in the front and rear sizes you have mentioned.

A 255/40 on the rear won’t rub but it will look rather tall. As I believe the 40 is 40% of the 255 so that’s quite a high tyre wall.
