Normally would not post such a thing, but I think that this album got very little recognition. What CD am I talking about,,,,,Krokus: Hellraiser. I did not get ahold of it till a year after it was released (2006) and I am still listening to it fairly consistently. Add a few drinks and it is time to throw Hellraiser on the stereo! Good driving rock with a little flavor from the past (think Nazareth,Thin Lizzy, AC/DC), just some good grooves, nothing flashy or reminiscent of the Hair Band days.

Been there, done that!

This was a teaser for younger folk to find out about a band that has been around for awhile :)

awwww crap, I gave away my age. :oldman:

Oops, my mistake, I was thinking of Sweet (Ballroom Blitz) when I typed '78. I think it was '84/85 when I actually heard Krokus for the first time, back when MTv was an actual funnel for ALL music genres :)

Three years ago, I saw a Sweet cover band in Dresden. Cracked me up, but they were pretty danged good. I liked Krokus, but have never gotten over seeing UFO with and without Michael Schenker. Both concerts rocked.
