multi func wheel retro fit...

has anyone retro fitted the MF facility ??, i accuired this and tried to fit but when plugged in no joy ?? is it plug in and play ??, the only wiring i have installed is behind the airbag, there is one harness that connects the two modules together and another that goes from the right hand module to a connector in the wheel, is there something missing that i have not done... .

With the retrofit instructions, which I think are linked to in the 'how to' link and this then you should have enough to get it working. For MFSW you only need 4 connectors between the steering wheel module and the LCM.

You'll find the harness is a German order, not UK stock so count on 10 days to get it. Frankly if I did it again I'd make my own in a few minutes and save the wait. You can buy pins from the dealer or grab them from any Maplins shop.
