Somewhat contrary to other peoples experiences on here, i fitted new grooved discs and Mintex pads front and back about 1.5-2 years ago. I've been really disappointed with them to be honest, the amount of brake dust is horrendous compared to the original set up I had (OEM I assume) and after 6 months I seemed to encounter disc warping which is now so bad that I try and avoid braking unless necessary. Also the silver coating which I paid extra for started to rust after 6 months so the rear discs in particular look pretty bad now. I contacted the supplier but got no response.
But they do stop the car well and they are cheap.
