MSPORT Seat issue, knee support won't go back in?

The drivers one so easy to use, I think I might have pulled it out to far on the passenger seat, won't go back in, handle goes up but just won't push back in, has anyone got any tips on getting it back in? Feels like the catch has remained down

I think what ever you do you will need to remove the seat which isn't a difficult job, this link should help you http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=4474 and remember to disconnect the battery first and wait at least 15 minutes before starting.

Its been a while, but from memory I seem to remember that you need to remove the 2 Torx fasteners which lock the knee bolster down, fold back bolster to reveal ratchet/latch mechanism.
You should then be able to see the latch/ratchet mechanism. You need to take care to not round off the 2 Torx fasteners as I seem to remember that they are loctited in

Hopefully someone else will be able to confirm that this is correct

When mine did that I just held the handle 'partially up' and whacked it and it clicked back into place!
