Msport manual seats- beige price reduction

Hi all

I’ve got a set of refurbished beige msport seats ready to sell

They are manual from a 140k 05 reg car.

I’ve fitted heating pads to the base and rear of both seats and each pad has a + and - cable ready to wire up to a loom.

In refurbing them I’ve swapped the backs (foam and leather) over, so the area that gets the worst wear (drivers bolster) has been moved. It’s also been repaired and filled and both sides have additional foam to repair any collapse.

New hog rings to put them all back together.

Both bases have tie wraps to support any sagging.

All leather has been cleaned and recoloured using furniture clinic recolour.

They aren’t perfect but they are a decent pair of seats with a life extension!

Due to size and weight I’d prefer collection but can look at Shiply for UK.

Pic is of passenger seat as the drivers seat is still in surgery but will be finished by the weekend- any questions please ask!

I have seen these seats and Stuart’s done a great job. They are lovely and worth a look if you are after some MSport seats.

If not how has the passenger side bolster got so much wear on the side closest to transmission tunnel :?

When I put the electric elements in you have to get it back to the foam so can have a good look

On both I’ve done to date the backs are pummelled and the bases are ok- if they weren’t I’d reinforce with more foam

Seems that the backs get more wear

The wear on the base of the passenger side- isn’t that the part that is nubuck leather?
